WellCare Student Scholarships

Interested families can apply by:

–        Obtaining an application by calling our customer service number at 1-866-231-1821 (number also listed on the back of the WellCare card).

–        Sending the following information via e-mail to (Noriel.Johnson@wellcare.com) or  Mrs. Carletta Youngs (Carletta.Henderson-Youngs@wellcare.com):

o   Name and address of the WellCare member who’s graduating.

o   Proof of WellCare membership (copy of card with ID number)

o   College or university member plans to attend

o   Verification of grade point average OR

o   Verification of SAT score of 1080, OR a score of 20 or higher on the ACT

To ensure their private information is protected, the student will need to encrypt the e-mail by typing or copying and pasting the following at the beginning of the Subject Line: [Secure] (must include the brackets).
