Marietta Partnership for Literacy
On September 16th, we held our first Marietta Partnership for Literacy meeting at the Emily Lembeck Early Learning Center. Partners from the education, civic, health, faith and government sectors came together to discuss methods of improving early childhood learning and literacy throughout Marietta.
We will be using the evidenced based framework of the Get Georgia Reading Campaign to improve reading proficiency in our community.
