We’re kicking off Resiliency Week with Verbal Intervention (VI) Training on Monday, February 3 from 1 PM- 4PM and hope you plan to join us!
Verbal Intervention (VI) Training is a condensed 3-hour program designed to prepare you to effectively identify, respond to, and prevent low-risk crisis behavior using non-restrictive intervention techniques. This focused training provides essential skills in de-escalation and communication, enabling your team to manage challenging situations safely and effectively without the need for physical intervention. The streamlined format ensures that you can quickly gain the necessary knowledge to maintain a supportive and secure environment.
This event is for any partner or community member who would benefit from becoming trained in verbal intervention/crisis communication.
Location: Cobb Family Advocacy Center Training Room
