Resiliency Week – Resiliency Retreat

Restore your resilience at our Resiliency Retreat! A full day of relaxation and skill-building to add to your self-care routine. Practice the mindfulness of yoga, enjoy the sensation of a sound bath, let your thoughts flow with a journaling workshop, and more!

To easily fit into your schedule, we have created a Morning Session (9 AM-1:30PM) and an Afternoon Session (12:30 PM-4:00PM) for you to register. We encourage you to attend what best fits your day.
We’d love to have you sign up for BOTH sessions and join us for the full day!
As you see in the overlap of times, both sessions include lunch.
