Cobb Collaborative’s Birth to 5 Strategy Team purpose is to support early learning, literacy, and mental health in our birth-5 population, giving our youngest residents a sturdy foundation for school readiness and equitable opportunity to thrive through positive experiences needed to support social, emotional, and cognitive development.
