Nonprofit Capacity-Buidling Session 5: Advocacy Strategies for Nonprofit Engagement
December 12 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
As part of our on-going efforts to bring high quality, relevant capacity-building information to our members, Cobb Collaborative has added an additional session to our Virtual Nonprofit Capacity-Building training series.
Join us for Session 5: Advocacy Strategies for Nonprofit Engagement on December 12 from 10AM-11AM.
Your community work is important and policy makers need to know about the people you serve and the complex systems that you work within. Casey Tanner, Vice President of External Affairs for Kennesaw State University, will share best practices for nonprofit leaders on how to be an effective advocate. No matter your mission, we are all advocates as we work together to improve outcomes for all of our residents.
Casey will cover many aspects of advocacy – the people, the policies and the process. Join us for this informative session just a few weeks before the start of the 2025 Georgia General Session!
