Mindful Self Compassion
April 28, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Many of us have been surviving the last year with little support and unprecedented stress. Especially as helping professionals, we can find ourselves truly out of gas to continue giving when we ourselves are also suffering. Mindful Self-compassion can be a resource for us to navigate grief, stress, and other painful emotions. Come join us at one, two or all four sessions to learn more about how mindfulness and self-compassion can strengthen your resilience to continue caregiving in such painful times. You will leave with some concrete tools at each unique workshop to practice self-compassion and an understanding of the science of how these practices can help us live with more ease and well-being
