Little Free Library Ribbon Cutting

Join us for the ribbon cutting and dedication of our first Little Free Library of 2025! We are excited to kick off 2025 with a Little Free Library ribbon cutting on January 10 at 3:00 PM at 6128 Bowden Street in Austell, GA.
Please bring a gently used book to add to the Little Free Library to get it started on the right foot.
About our LFL Initiative:
One of the most successful ways to improve the reading achievement of children is to increase access to books, especially at home. The Cobb Collaborative works to accomplish this through the installation and upkeep of Little Free Libraries in our community. These book-sharing boxes remove barriers to book access by being available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day with free accessibility. LFLs operate under the “Take One, Leave One” theory which encourages readers to not only take a book, but to leave one for others when there is an ability to do so. Donate to our Literacy Fund to help make these LFL’s a reality.
