Georgia HOPE – Teen Mix Up Groups

Georgia HOPE offers services free of charge to anyone with Medicaid, Amerigroup, WellCare, CareSource, Peachstate, and those that are uninsured (in some areas). Additionally, very affordable self-pay rates are available.
