Creating Inclusive Boards for Communities – Oct 27 & Nov 18

The Board Pro will conduct two virtual information sessions to help Cobb Collaborative members and community stakeholders to lean in and move towards creating environments that are diverse, equitable, and inclusive. This training requires awareness and skill development over a significant period.

TRAINING # 1 (Oct 27) – APPLY A RACIAL EQUITY LENS TO BOARD SERVICE AND WORK This training will include creation of a real-time plan with specific, measurable, and challenging (but attainable) goals related to diversity created by the board. Register HERE for Part 1.
