Cobb County 4-H - Cobb County 4-H Program
5th Grade AgriScience Curriculum: The AgriScience curriculum consists of lessons that relate to Earth and Life Sciences. Lessons feature a hands-on approach to the Georgia Performance Standards and connects the standards to research-based information from the College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences and College of Family and Consumer Sciences at The University of Georgia, State Specialist with Georgia 4-H, Representatives from the Georgia Department of Education, Representatives from the State Botanical Garden of Georgia, Georgia Museum of Natural History and Georgia Partnership in Science and Math (PRISM). Middle After-School Programs: Career Preparation, Public Speaking, and Community Service are the main issues for these lessons.
